it started with a table

When I was in my early twenties I moved to a city without knowing anyone, and my solution to building community and making friends was to invite strangers I had just met for a home-cooked meal on the floor of my studio. These dinners were a source of inspiration for me. They pushed me to continue to cook as an instrument to foster genuine connections among people. Fast forward 9 years and I have been lucky enough to work in the restaurant industry, create dining experiences with amazing chefs, organize small and large-scale cooking events, and even cater a wedding or two.

This concept began with a simple idea:  my love for bringing people together and sharing that with others. Hosting a dinner party does not have to be stressful, or a big production. Furthermore, hiring someone to help you with that should not be expensive. I started this concept with the realization that not everyone has the ability to hire someone to cook for friends. I want people to be able to enjoy great and creative meals without worry. All they need to do is gather who they want to share the experience with.
